Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest, from West Fifty-sixth Street to West Seventy-fifth Street; West Sixtieth Street, and West Sixty-second Street, each from Twenty-sixth Avenue Northwest to Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest; West Sixty-third Street, and West Sixty-fifth Street, each from Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest to Thirtieth Avenue Northwest; West Sixty-sixth Street, West Sixty-seventh Street, West Sixty-ninth Street, West Seventy-first Street and West Seventy-third Street, each from Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest to Thirty-second Avenue Northwest, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2191 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
