Title

An Ordinance specifying and adopting a system or plan proposed by The City of Seattle for enlarging and extending the existing water supply system of said city, declaring the estimated cost thereof, as near as may be, and submitting said system or plan and the proposition and authority to become indebted, and issue general bonds of said city to raise revenue to meet the cost of said system or plan, to the qualified voters of the City of Seattle at the general election to be held in said city on Tuesday, the 8th day of March, A. D., 1910, and declaring an emergency.
