Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Boyer Avenue, from Twelfth Avenue North to Fifteenth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and material, together with such gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2383 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
