Ordinance 23103

Title
	An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-sixth Avenue, from the North margin of East Spring Street to East Terrace Street; East Terrace Street, from Thirty-sixth Avenue to Thirty-third Avenue; East Cherry Street, from Thirty-fifth Avenue to Thirty-seventh Avenue; East Columbia Street, from Thirty-sixth Avenue to a point 135 feet east of Thirty-sixth Avenue, and East Marion Street, from Thirty-sixth Avenue to a point 162 feet east of Thirty-sixth Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with asphalt, brick or stone gutters, with armoured concrete or concrete curbs, armoured concrete or granite corners, concrete walks and concrete retaining walls where necessary, and the construction of all sewers, side sewers and water mains, together with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; and East Terrace Street, from Thirty-sixth Avenue to the west line of Yesler's Third Addition to the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete stairway and concrete walks thereon, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2552 of the of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
