An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Alley in Block Twenty (20), Capitol Hill Addition, Division No. 2, being the alley from East Roy Street to East Aloha Street and between Seventeenth Avenue North and Eighteenth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and paving the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 38605, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
