Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Western Avenue, from the south margin of Virginia Street to the north margin of Eagle Street, and of Virginia Street, Lenora Street, Blanchard Street, Bell Street, Battery Street, Wall Street, Vine Street, Cedar Street, Clay Street, Broad Street and Eagle Street, each from Western Avenue to First Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick and stone blocks laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick or stone gutters with granite or amoured concrete curbs, by the construction, alteration or extension of concrete sidewalks, by the construction, alteration or extension of all sewer and watermains, with their appurtenances, necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, by all necessary grading and regarding, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2548 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
