Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Hanford Street, from Thirty-third Avenue South to Thirty-seventh Avenue South, Walden Street, from Rainier Avenue to the east line of Byron Addition; Horton Street, from the east line of Byron Addition to Thirty-Street to Horton Street; Thirty-fourth Avenue South, Thirty-fifth Avenue South and Thirty-sixth Avenue South, each from Hanford Street to Spokane Street, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, and Thirty-fifth Avenue South, from Hanford Street to Spokane Street, and Thirty-sixth Avenue South, from Hanford Street to Horton Street, by laying watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2538 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
