Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North and West Seventy-eighth Street, from Greenwood Avenue to Eighth Avenue Northwest; West Seventy-third Street, from Third Avenue Northwest to Eighth Avenue Northwest; and Sixth Avenue Northwest, from West Sixth-fifth Street to West Eighty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks, wooden curbs and wooden crosswalks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2547 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
