Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Latona Avenue from East Forty-fifth Street to East Fiftieth Street; Fourth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-fifth Street to East Fiftieth Street; Fifth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-seventh Street to East Fiftieth Street; East Fiftieth Street, from Latona Avenue to Fifth Avenue Northeast; Seventh Avenue Northeast, from East Fiftieth Street to a point four hundred (400) feet north of East Fiftieth Street; Eighth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-seventh Street to a point four hundred (400) feet north of East Fiftieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessay for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2533 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
