Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Lakeview Avenue, from Eastlake Avenue to Nelson Place from the east, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or other suitable material, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick, concrete or asphalt gutters and concrete or armoured concrete curbs, by constructing all necessary bulkheads, and including as a part of said work, all necessary grading and regarding, the construction and alteration or extension of concrete walks, the extension of all sewers, water mains and appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2528 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
