Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-third Street to East Fifty-second Street; Lincoln Street, from First Avenue Northeast to Kirkwood Place; Kirkwood Place, from Lincoln Street to Lawrence Street; North and East Fiftieth Street, from Sunnyside Avenue to Latona Avenue; North and East Fifty-first Street, from Keystone Place to Latona Avenue, and East Fifty-second Street, from First Avenue Northeast to Latona Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenance necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2534 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
