Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fourth Avenue, from Pine Street to Virginia Street; Olive Street, from Fourth Avenue to Westlake Avenue; Stewart Street, from Third Avenue to Westlake Avenue; Fifth Avenue, from Westlake Avenue to Virginia Street, and Sixth Avenue, from Westlake Avenue to Virginia Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick gutters and granite or armoured concrete curbs, and including as a part of said work all necessary grading and regarding, the construction, alteration or extension of all sewers and water mains with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, and by the construction of concrete sidewalks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2527 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
