Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Victoria Street, from West Hill Street to Ferry Avenue; and West Massachusetts Street, from Ferry Avenue to Victoria Street, by grading and curbing the same, and including in the same as part of said improvement the construction of a wooden bridge on Victoria Street between West Massachusetts Street and Ferry Avenue, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2001 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
