Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Armour Street, from Fifteenth Avenue West to Sixteenth Avenue West, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage; also Sixteenth Avenue West from West Armour Street to West Barrett Street, by grading and regarding said Avenue to its full width of sixty-six (66) feet, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2504 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
