Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Federal Avenue, et al., by grading and regrading, by constructing curbs and gutters and concrete walks thereon, by constructing sewers and watermains therein, and by paving the same with asphalt, brick, sandstone, granite or other suitable material, laid upon a proper concrete foundation all in accordance with Resolution No. 2492 of the City Council of the City of Seattle and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City Of Seattle.
