Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Northeasterly 40' of Ravenna Blvd, between Woodlawn Avenue and the angle point near 9th Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and constructing the necessary appurtenances for the proper surface and sub-drainage of said District, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2482 of the City Council the City of Seattle and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
