Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Lakeview Avenue from Nelson Place to East Howe Street; Boylston Avenue North, from Lakeview Avenue to East Blaine Street; Lakeview Place from Lakeview Avenue to East Garfield Street; East Garfield Street from Lakeview Place to Franklin Avenue; North Broadway from East Howe Street to the south line of Broadway Second Addition; and East Howe Street and East Blaine Street, each from North Broadway to a point about one hundred fifty feet (150) feet east of the east margin of North Broadway, by constructing sewers and drains therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks, tile drains and all other appurtenances or construction necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage and sub- drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2465 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle, and declaring an emergency.
