Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-second Avenue North from East Madison Street to East Highland Drive; Thirty-first Avenue North from East Ward Street to East Prospect Street; Washington Boulevard, on the easterly side thereof from East Madison Street to East Ward Street, and East Ward Street from Washington Boulevard to Thirty-second Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon and by laying watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with such gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2447 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
