Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Sixth Avenue Northwest from West Forty-second Street to West Forty-fifth Street; Fifth Avenue Northwest and Fourth Avenue Northwest; each from West Forty-second Street to West Forty-fourth Street; West Forty-fourth Street from Sixth Avenue Northwest to Third Avenue Northwest; West Forty-second Street from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Third Avenue Northwest, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, and including a temporary connection along Eighth Avenue Northwest from West Forty-second Street to the existing outfall sewer along the north line of the Lake Washington Canal, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2426 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
