Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twentieth Avenue, from Yesler Way to East Olive Street; and East Fir Street, East Spruce Street, East Alder Street, East Terrace Street, East James Street, East Columbia Street, East Marion Street, East Union Street, and East Pine Street, each from Twentieth Avenue to Twenty-first Avenue, all in The City of Seattle., by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with concrete curbs and armoured concrete or granite corners, brick or asphalt gutters, and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances, necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district , all in accordance with Resolution No. 2365 of City Council of the City of Seattle.
