Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-fifth Avenue Northwest, from West Seventieth Street to West Seventy-fifth Street; Twenty-sixth Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventy-fifth Street; Twenty-seventh Avenue Northwest and Earle Avenue Northwest, each from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventy-third Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing therein sewers of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2326 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
