Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Dearborn Street from Maynard Avenue to Eighth Avenue South and the approaches thereto, all in the City of Seattle; and providing for the grading and regrading of said Dearborn Street and approaches thereto, in conformity with such established grades; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the construction of all necessary slopes for cuts and fills on property abutting upon said Dearborn Street and approaches thereto; providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessments on property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
