Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Twenty-third Avenue South and Twenty-fourth Avenue South, each from the north line of Section 9, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, W. M., to Holgate Street; Twenty-fifth Avenue South from the north line of Section 9, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, W. M. to the north line of J. C. Kinnear's Addition to the City of Seattle, of Grand Street and Massachusetts Street, each from the east line of Creedmoor Addition to the City of Seattle to the west line of Armour's Addition to the City of Seattle; and of Atlantic Street from the east line of Seattle Homestead Association Second Addition to the City of Seattle to the west line of Armour's Addition to the City of Seattle, all in the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made by special assessment upon property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
