Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending, altering and establishing of Eighth Avenue Northwest and Ninth Avenue Northwest, each from Market Street to West Fifty-eighth Street; and of Market Street, West Fifty-sixth Street and West Fifty-seventh Street, each from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Ninth Avenue Northwest; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment, and limiting the assessment district to that tract of land known as Tract No. Thirty-eight (38) of Farmdale Homestead Tracts in Section 12, Township 25 North, Range 3 East, W. M., in the manner provided by law.
