Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Third Avenue Northwest, from West Sixtieth Street to West Sixty-seventh Street; Second Avenue Northwest, and Murphy Place, each from West Sixtieth Street to West Sixtieth-fifth Street, and First Avenue Northwest, from North Fifty-eighth Street to North Sixty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by attaching fire hydrants to the existing water mains, with all necessary appurtenances, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2505 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
