Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-third Avenue Southwest, from the north line of Star Addition to the north margin of West Genesee Street; Twenty-fourth Avenue Southwest and Twenty-fifth Avenue Southwest, from the north line of Faegre's Second Addition to the north margin of West Genesee Street; West Dakota Street, from the east margin of Thirtieth Avenue Southwest to the west margin of Twenty-third Avenue Southwest; West Andover Street, from the east margin of Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest to the west margin of Twenty-second Avenue Southwest, by clearing and grubbing and temporary grading, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2480 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
