Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Thirty-six (36), Capitol Hill Addition, Division No. 5, being the alley from East Prospect Street to East Highland Drive and between Twenty-first Avenue North and Twenty-second Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and paving the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2501 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
