Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley between Eastlake Avenue and Melrose Avenue, from East Denny Way to East Thomas Street, by constructing a sewer therein of the proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2502 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
