Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Hunter Boulevard, from Hanford Street to the south line of Spokane Street, by paving the same on either side of the parking strip (which is forty feet in width in the center of the street) with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with concrete curbs and armoured concrete corners with the exception of a strip eight feet in width on either side of the parking strip, which is to be occupied by street railway tracks and improved by the street railway company, all in accordance with Petition of the owners of three-fourths (3/4) of the proper to be assessed for said proposed improvement, being File No. 38313 and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
