An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block One Hundred Twenty-two (122), A. A. Denny's Broadway Addition, being the alley between Spring and Madison Streets and Minor and Summit Avenues, by paving the same with asphalt; all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 38312, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
