Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Virginia Street, in the City of Seattle, from Second Avenue to Third Avenue, by paving the same with brick, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick gutters and granite curbs, and including as a part of said work all necessary grading and regarding, the construction of concrete sidewalks, the construction of extension of all sewers and water mains, with their appurtenances, necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2405 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
