Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-seventh Avenue, from East Cherry Street to East Spring Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2456 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
