Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Jackson Street and King Street, each from Fifth Avenue South to Sixth Avenue South; Fifth Avenue South from Jackson Street to King Street; Sixth Avenue South from Jackson Street to Weller Street; and the North half of Weller Street from Sixth Avenue South to Maynard Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by replanking the same with plank five (5) inches in thickness, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2450 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
