Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Forty-fifth Street, East Forty-seventh Street, East Fiftieth Street, East Fifty-second Street and Eats Fifty-fifth Street, each from Fifteenth Avenue Northeast to Twentieth Avenue Northeast; Fifteenth Avenue Northeast, Sixteenth Avenue Northeast, University Boulevard, Eighteenth Avenue Northeast and Nineteenth Avenue Northeast, each from East Forty-fifth Street to East fifty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by the installation of a system of lights along the curb line of said streets as will not consume electric current to exceed that consumed by arc or incandescent lights necessary to light said streets, together with the installation of such poles, conduits, wires and other appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of such system, the poles to be of such design and construction as will accommodate one ball on the top, and in future will accommodate cross-arms for a three-ball cluster system when the same may be ordered by the City Council, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2427 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
