Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Yakima Place, from Charles Street to Norman Street; Yakima Avenue from Dearborn Street to Judkins Street; 30th Avenue South from Dearborn Street to Judkins Street; 31st Avenue South from Norman Street to a point 75 feet south of Judkins Street; Charles Street from 29th Avenue South to 30th Avenue South; Norman Street from 27th Avenue South to 31st Avenue South; Judkins Street from 30th Avenue South to 31st Avenue South; by constructing concrete sidewalks, and providing for all necessary drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2462 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
