An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Riverside Avenue from 2nd Avenue South to 10th Avenue South; Webster Street from 5th Avenue South to Riverside Avenue; Austin Street, from 2nd Avenue South to Riverside Avenue; Holden Street from 5th Avenue South to 7th Avenue South; and from 10th Avenue South to 12th Avenue South; Portland Street and Kenyon Street, each from 5th Avenue South to points about 400 feet east of 10th Avenue South; Monroe Street, from 7th Avenue South to 8th Avenue South; Elmgrove Street from 7th Avenue South to 8th Avenue South and from 10th Avenue South from a point about 400 feet east of 10th Avenue South; Southern Street, Rose Street and Thistle Street, each from 7th Avenue South to Dallas Avenue; 8th Avenue South and 10th Avenue South, each from Kenyon Street to Southern Street; Dallas Avenue from Southern Street to Thistle Street; Sullivan Street from 7th Avenue South to 14th Avenue South; Cloverdale Street from 5th Avenue South to 14th Avenue South; Cloverdale Street from 5th Avenue South to 16th Avenue South; Donovan Street from 5th Avenue South to 17th Avenue South; Trenton Street from 5th Avenue South to 14th Avenue South; Concord Street from 5th Avenue South to 8th Avenue South; Henderson Street from 5th Avenue South to 10th Avenue South; Director Street from 5th Avenue South to 14th Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle,, by attaching fire hydrants to the existing water mains, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2407, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
