Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Howard Avenue North and Minor Avenue North, each from East Newton Street to the north line of Green's Addition; and East Newton Street, from Eastlake Avenue to Minor Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2413 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
