Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 17th Avenue Northwest from Market Street to West 65th Street; West 58th Street, from 15th Avenue Northwest to 20th Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle,, by resurfacing, curbing and constructing concrete walks and wooden cross walks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2446 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
