Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 15th Avenue Northwest from Market Street to West 65th Street, and West 56th Street from 14th Avenue Northwest to 17th Avenue Northwest; by resurfacing, curbing and constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks thereon, providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2445 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
