Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Westlake Avenue, from Virginia Street to Mercer Street, by paving the same, as follows: By paving with asphalt from Virginia Street to Harrison Street and by paving with brick from Harrison Street to Mercer Street, all to be laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and by constructing granite curbs, curved granite corners and brick gutters, and providing for the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side-sewers and watermains with their necessary appurtenances, for the proper drainage, water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2421 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
