Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North and West Sixty-fifth Street, from Phinney Avenue to Eighth Avenue Northwest, on the south Greenwood Avenue, from North Sixty-fifth Street to North Sixty-seventh Street; Third Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-fifth Street to the north line of the Electric Motor Line Addition to the City of Seattle; Fourth Avenue Northwest and Fifth Avenue Northwest, each from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventh-third Street; Seventh Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-fifth Street to the north line of Peterson's Addition to the City of Seattle; and Eighth Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden crosswalks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2409 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
