Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Sixty-sixth Street, East Sixty-seventh Street, and East Sixty-ninth Street, each from Weeden Place to Tenth Avenue Northwest; East Sixty-eighth Street, from Ravenna Boulevard to Tenth Avenue Northeast; Eighth Avenue Northeast, from Weeden Place to East Seventieth Street; Tenth Avenue Northeast, from East Sixty-fifth Street to East Seventy-fifth Street, and Oswego Place, from East Sixty-eighth Street to East Seventieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden crosswalks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, and by attaching hydrants to the existing water mains, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2363 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
