Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, in the City of Seattle, from Railroad Avenue to 31st Avenue South, as follows: from Railroad Avenue to 14th Avenue South, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line of said Jackson Street; together with the installation of such poles, conduits and wires, as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, and from 14th Avenue South to 31st Avenue South, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line of said street as will not consume electric current to exceed that consume by the arc and incandescent lights now in use in said district, together with the installation of such poles, conduits, wires and equipment of such system, the poles to be of such design and construction as will accommodate one ball on the top and in the future will accommodate cross arms for a three-ball cluster system when the same may be ordered by the City Council, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2406, of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
