Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 5th Avenue North from Harrison Street to Aloha Street; and Aloha Street from 5th Avenue North to Taylor Avenue, all in the City of Seattle by planking the same, by constructing curbs and gutters, temporary plank walks and providing for the necessary surface drainage on 5th Avenue North from Harrison Street to Roy Street; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2385 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
