Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Main Street from 4th Avenue South to a point 300 feet east of 12th Avenue South; 5th Avenue South, 6th Avenue South, Maynard Avenue, 7th Avenue South, 8th Avenue South and 9th Avenue South; each from Washington Street to Jackson Street; all in the City of Seattle by planking the same and by the construction of wooden walks, curbs and gutters; and 10th Avenue South, from Main Street to Jackson Street; by the construction of wooden walks, curbs and gutters, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2358 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
