Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 50, Terry's 1st Addition to the Town (now City) of Seattle, being the alley from Madison Street to Spring Street, and between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue; all in the City of Seattle by grading the same, by paving with brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2378 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
