Title

An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Board of Public Works to plank Grand Boulevard from Twentieth Avenue West to Twenty-second Avenue West; and Thorndyke Avenue, from West Ray Street to West Howe Street, all in the City of Seattle, twelve (12) feet in width, with necessary turnouts at street intersections; and authorizing the Board of Public Works to incur an indebtedness therefor in an amount not to exceed thirty-two hundred dollars ($3200.00) against the General Fund of the City of Seattle.
