Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Twenty-nine (29) of Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Seattle, Division No. Four (4) being the alley from East Highland Drive to East Galer Street, and between Fifteenth Avenue North and Sixteenth Avenue North, by grading and paving the same with asphalt, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 37582; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
