Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North and East Fifty-seventh Street, from Latona Avenue to Kenwood Place; North and East Sixtieth Street, from Latona Avenue to Corliss Avenue; North and East Sixty-second Street, from Latona Avenue to Corliss Avenue; North and East Sixty-fourth Street, from Latona Avenue to Corliss Avenue; First Avenue Northeast, from East Fifty-sixth Street to East Sixty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks with wooden cross-walks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2306 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
