Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fifteenth Avenue Northwest, from West Seventy-fifth Street to West Eighty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by the laying off watermains therein, together with all gates, tees, crosses, wyes, and other appurtenances necessary for the reasonable water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 37581; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
